Mindless Wandering

It's when you know that you have scripture behind you and you get attacked by those who are supposed to support you. Because they want to keep an 'open mind'. And you feel like you've let God down if you listen to them. but you DO listen to them because isn't a christian supposed to be meek?

Or you get attacked and they don't say a word. Because they think you're doing 'just fine on your own'. Acting as unChristian as it gets and they leave you.

It's endless talk that goes around and around where you forget what started it all and just want peace. (you want to scream 'SHUT UP!" - it's got to be a kind of effective torture.)

It's loving someone and they use that love to work you into doing what they want.

It's manipulation. And I hate it.

my heart is sad for you, and we are praying...
you know, Christians are meek and Christ like...but even Christ turned tables in the temple. Its ok not to listen when your God is notbeing supported!
Its when you are doing the right thing that satan is after you the most! YOU ARE DOING THE RIGHT THING!
i's so sorry that you are hurting so.

Something you said reminded me of something that I heard on the radio yesterday. You said, "It's endless talk that goes around and around where you forget what started it all and just want peace. (you want to scream 'SHUT UP!" - it's got to be a kind of effective torture.)"

Yesterday a family expert was talking about how teenagers just won't drop things sometimes. His words were, "A strategically placed 'Get over it!' can make a world of difference. Sometimes that is just what they need to move on." A co-worker also heard it and we agreed that some people just never grow up because we know plenty of adults that need a well placed "Get over it!' themselves. Give it a try and see if it works. I would love to see faced if you looked them square in the eye and said that with full meaning.
